What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 8:00 AM for check-in
What should I bring?
You should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, and any rain gear if there is a chance for rain.
Can I bring my furry friends?
No dogs are allowed on the hospital campus?
What if I can’t run?
There is a 1 mile walk that many of the registrants will be doing instead of the 5k run.
Is there a timing company?
In past years we have had a timing company, in 2024 we have decided to make this a Fun Run!
Should I dress up?
Yes, the theme is superhero so please dress up and have fun as long as you do not wear any offensive, to include vulgar language, obscene gestures, etc. We trust that you will keep this a family friendly event with your choice of superhero gear.
